Irish, 30 y/o, and I've been living in Sydney since January. Was subletting a room since January but the person I was subletting from has moved back to Sydney so I'm on the lookout for somewhere new.
I've lived in house shares for 8+ years and I'm very clean and tidy and respectful of other housemates privacy but would like to live in a sociable house.
Even though I stay relatively quiet during the week I do still like to keep busy (gym, football, trivia, gigs) and I'm usually out and about meeting friends, going to the beach, going for a few drinks on the weekends. I don't work WFH at all so will only be around in the evenings.
