In my transitioning phase between jobs I'm trying to work on personal development, attempting to learn some things I may never have learnt, or mastered; or those that I've just utterly gaffed up beyond keeping them as any skills or qualities I'd like to continue.
In my 53 years I've learnt some things through the "BUleadership" (bleedership) I've seen & experienced, that the so called leaders, or at least those keeping the position's seat warm, until a LEADer comes along, to actually do the job properly, leaving the "bleeders" to continue to be perplexed as to why the particular environment doesn't work the way it should . .. ......
And yet life is too short, & I'm trying to enjoy all the best of the experiences that I might be (? lucky enough) to come my direction .....
