Hey all, I’m a 32 year old law graduate, employed full time. I will be moving to Sydney from Melbourne to work in commercial law. I will be working full time 9-5/ 5 days per week in the CBD. I am looking for a room in a quiet, clean, and tidy share house in the inner city suburbs. Preference for a room in a small, progressive minded and queer friendly share house/ apartment. I will be in Sydney and available to do inspections from 30 January 2025. In terms of lease length, I am looking to lease the room for at least 6-12 months at this stage. Food sharing and furniture
I prefer to cook and buy my own food as I do like to meal prep. That said, I definitely enjoy sharing a meal with my flatmates from time to time, especially by establishing a regular time to connect over a shared meal. At the moment, I don’t have any furniture, so I prefer to move into a place that is furnished, hopefully with a bed as well. However, I am flexible with the bed and also willing to buy any furniture that is needed as I get settled.
