I’m Viviane, a 31-year-old from Germany, currently making the most of my Australian Working Holiday Visa. I’ve flown around the world as a flight attendant and have dabbled in hospitality jobs and now I’m ready to settle down in Sydney for the summer. I’m currently looking for a hospitality job in Sydney and am on the hunt for a cozy, furnished private room from December until the end of February 2025, with a max budget of $350 per week. Being close to public transport would be a huge plus!

Food sharing and furniture
When it comes to food, I prefer to keep things simple and arrange my own meals—it just works best for me. That said, I’m always happy to join in on a cooking session where everyone contributes equally 🙂 I’ll admit I’m no master chef, so my meals tend to be quick and easy, but I do enjoy the occasional treat of dining out as well!
I’ve been vegetarian for 16 years, but I’m totally fine with others cooking meat or fish—it’s your kitchen too and I respect everyone’s preferences.
