- Working full-time Monday to Friday, so I’ll be busy during the weekdays and value a peaceful home to relax in during the evenings.
- Weekends will likely see me playing golf, heading to the beach or socialising with flatmates if interested!

- Areas: Eastern/Inner suburbs are ideal, but I’m open to offers from Manly or other places with public transport links to the CBD and/or beach.
- A clean, tidy, and well-maintained space.
