I am 24 years old and originally from NZ; I transferred to Sydney for work in January 2024. Currently working full time in market research consulting in Barangaroo. I am a responsible and respectful tenant, having 2 years experience renting in NZ and Sydney. I like to always keep my home clean and tidy, and am a non-smoker. My ideal flat is peaceful and tidy, but also a good time in terms of having a yarn after work or hanging out on occasion. I am a pretty outgoing person and love a good chat, but also enjoy my own space.
