I think what makes a good flatmate is one that respects the other persons space and preferences as much as the other. By that I mean ensuring the space is always cleaned up after themselves, I’m not going to pick on anyone for sometimes leaving a plate around I understand that’s unrealistic but I just believe one who’s self aware and respectful as I am to them is a good quality to have. I love a quiet flatmate, one that doesn’t come home late from partying or has parties every weekend, I’m not opposed to none at all though I love a good social gathering once in a while!
