Hi my name is Andy, im 43, an arborist and professional gardener. I like to build furniture and things from timber I Aquire from work sometimes. I have a storage site for all my timber and tools so I won’t bring any of that stuff back with me. Unless someone has a decent shed space I can rent, and are happy for me to get creative at home. I’m normally up and off to work early. I usually have a couple of hours sleep in the afternoon then I’ll be up till about 1 or 2 am, another 3 or 4 hrs sleep and up again around 5. I always sleep in my chair, it’s a crazy thing but my body feels so much better because of it so I’ve stuck to it for about 5 years now.
Important personal qualities
I’m tolerant of noise. I won’t make any mess in the kitchen. I’ll keep the garden and trees if any looking great. I’m very resourceful and I can fix just about anything on a house, doors, holes in walls, concrete and stonework. Woodwork or metalwork.
I’m consciously considerate, and will clean up other people’s mess sometimes without prompting or frustration. I’m pretty chilled, emotionally stable and mature. I don’t drink much anymore, nor do I smoke a lot either. Less than 10 a day.

Food sharing and furniture
I have a shipping container full of a whole house worth of furniture. I can provide any furniture needed in the house. And if it’s called for I can build furniture that’s needed. I usually eat out or takeaway so no kitchen cooking mess and minimum washing up. I have three sets of washing machine and driers. Happy to donate to a house if needed. I have no problems with others using my stuff(within reason) as long as care and respect are shown. I also have 3 tvs and lots of cupboards etc if house is lacking.
