My name is Sam (37M) and I'm looking for a room to kick off 2025! I'm originally from Melbourne, spent some time in country NSW and have been in Sydney for about the past 12 years or so building my career. I work at an advertising agency in the city and with a recent change in my life am looking for a spot to share with 1 or 2 like minded people :)
I like to keep fit and spend most mornings in a nearby park to run / read (The House on the Cerulean Sea at the moment for anyone interested!). I love travelling, music, sports, and a glass of wine or a beer at a nice bar / pub to socialise.
I'm a pretty laid back person around the house but also pretty big on a clean and tidy place - I find it good for the mind. Oh, also love cooking (I find it therapeutic and I'm semi-OK at it) so if interested in cooking for each other I'd be up for it!
Open to a variety of areas - East, Inner East, City, Inner West. If it sounds like I might be a good fit for your place, feel free to get in touch!
Oh last point - I have things! TV (incl unit), vacuum, desks, couch, iron, wahsine machine, fridge, BBQ, plants, kitchen wear and appliances - all in great condition. I can store them if I have to but they are absolutely available for the space if anything is needed.
