I'm Sean, a 53 year old gay man who just moved to Australia from America with his 12 year old dog, a Shiba Inu named Emma. My professional history is primarily in the banking and finance industries working both as a legal/procedural analyst and in software development as a process analyst. Important personal qualities
Cleanliness and consideration in shared spaces is highly important. On a personal level, I like to have a social relationship with my flatmates, but I am also an introvert who finds peace in solitude. Living with people who understand that and aren't offended at times when I keep to myself in my room is something I greatly appreciate.
Food sharing and furniture
I enjoy the occasional communal meal or group TV night but generally I prefer to separate groceries, keep my own schedule, and fend for myself at meal times. Having just moved from overseas, I don't have any furniture, but I am willing to purchase things for my room or communal spaces, if needed.
Description of pets
Emma is an older, neutered female Shiba Inu. She doesn't bark at all and is very friendly to people and other animals. She's very cat-like, in that she likes to keep to herself and sleep a lot when she's not looking out the doors or windows to snoop on the neighbors.
