I’m a mature aged student studying full time at Blacktown TAFE. I’m quiet, clean, tidy and respectful of others privacy. I don’t have a car and won’t be having visitors over or making much noise. I don’t drink or smoke. I am always polite but mind my own business and generally stay in my room. I’m just looking for a quiet and affordable place to finish my studies this year, ideally close to public transport so I can get to and from TAFE nice and easy. I’ve never been late with a single rent payment and make sure I leave every place I stay at as it was when I move in.
