I'm looking for a clean and modern furnished double/large bedroom in a flat or house, in the St George area.
Some extra storage space in addition to a wardrobe would be appreciated - usually I have extra space in a garage for example.
About me - fun to be around, worldly, mature and very respectful of others' privacy and space. Non-smoker, open-minded, clean-living. I like to live in a clean, peaceful and tidy environment.
I work as a Clinical Nutritionist and also do further study. I work from home - usually in a small room or in a bedroom corner - and also meet colleagues locally during the day to work on joint projects.
I have plenty of experience living in different sharehouses around the world, so I have a good understanding of what works and what doesn't for a happy home life.
On the weekends I like to get out and about, usually catching up with friends or going for a hike. I also love to cook for people, including lucky housemates ;)
I have excellent rental references and am a great tenant. I also love pets.
I have a couple of items on furniture I need to bring with me: a lightweight desk and a big, tall bookcase.
