About this person
Hello!
I’m in transition at the moment as I consider moving overseas. I sold my house in Victoria in 2022 (originally from Melbourne) and have rented my own space in Milton NSW since but looking for a transitional space in Manly until I go overseas. I'm happy to commit to 12 months.
I’m an Ayurvedic practitioner currently writing online programs to launch this year for my business. I’m well travelled, financially self sufficient and self regulated (no drama, too much work to do). I do need a space to work from - whether it's a large bedroom or separate space or I can connect with a local co-working space (either/or). Happy to negotiate rental based on this. I have some furniture I can add if desired - couch/sofa bed - both good quality. I also have a full kitchen.
I live a healthy/spiritually focused life but in a normal live and let live kind of way. I'm an early riser and in bed before 10. I enjoy the outdoors - nature, the ocean - the arts, I read a ton (mostly for work), exploring secret pockets of a town, learning new things, and good food (especially well grown), live music. I'll attach myself to a yoga studio in the area and probably spend a ton of time there. I’m clean, reasonable, friendly and I used to be an accountant so I'm good with paying bills on time.
Seeking a beautiful space (food garden I can help with??) where I can do my writing in peace but also enjoy time with house mate. Looking for just another roommate, male or female. I trust my intuition on the right fit. I will assume you do too. Or a granny flat set up would be great.

Important personal qualities
A good flatmate?
Someone that is happy in themselves, knows how to communicate, knows how to come to an agreement, keeps space clean, is considerate. It's just about being a reasonable person and making an effort to get along. I think a good relationship is about clear communication at the beginning and being honest and checking in along the way.

Food sharing and furniture
I like to arrange my own food as well as share (I'm always cooking more than I need). I think it's just basic decency not to use the last of anything without replacing it. I think a generous and considerate attitude between parties means it all works out in the end.
The absolute last thing I would want is to have to put name tags on fridge items.
