I'm Alex, a 29 year old British guy fed up of cold London and moving to Sydney! I'm very relaxed, sociable, active and have a few close friends already living in Sydney. I work as a freelance consultant with variable hours in the week and I'll be at least 3-4 days a week in the office, if not 5.
I've come having been saving for a while, so potentially able to pay for an extended period of time up front if helpful.
In my free time I'm currently into my running, but overall I'm normally pretty active/outdoorsy and love live music, being distracted by a good book and going out for a nice dinner every now and again. Into my hiking (just did a solo winter trip around Scotland) and I'm also looking to give surfing a go for the first time - any tips appreciated!

Important personal qualities
I'm very tidy and respectful of communal spaces. I'd love to live with people who are sociable, chilled, honest, don't take themselves too seriously, will always keep an eye out for one another and are happy to sometimes just do their own thing. I'd always be up for a shared meal or drink together but wouldn't depend on this happening regularly as appreciate sometimes people just need their own time and space.
