Hi, I’m Karyn, I work full-time in IT in Healthcare and study part-time. Work mostly in the office with 1 day at home, 8-5pm M-F.
Looking for a private room with like-minded, respectful housemate, ideally 1 or 2 max. I have a car, so access to parking is something I need to consider. I have set 6 months plus but also open to short term stay.
Location close to train station, walking distance is ideal for Sutherland area, Alexandria area flexible bus or train.
$400-$500 rent per week is ideal, will pay extra for bills etc, open to different $ options include or exclude depending on area. I have property agent references for rental payments, excellent history.

Important personal qualities
I am tidy and respectful of communal places, yes I clean (oldest daughter here) ideally live in a place that keeps the kitchen and shared areas clean and tidy for example if you don't clean up after you use the kitchen we are not a good fit. I enjoy a mix of social and quiet time, appreciate a relaxed, drama-free home. Respect for each other. Not looking for a party house.
Food sharing and furniture
I prefer to cook my own meals, but also happy to cook for the house sometimes. I have furniture and can contribute if needed.
