I think a good flatmate is someone who’s respectful, clean, and easygoing. I really value open communication and being considerate of each other’s space and routines. Ideally, I’m looking to live with someone who’s friendly and social, but also appreciates downtime.

Historically, my housemates and I have done separate cooking outside of the occasional shared dinner that we’ve cooked together. I have some living furniture (couch, TV, etc.), but would need to buy a fridge and washing machine.
