Hi I'm Elix and I'm 24 years old. I'm a pretty chill person, open minded, and am told I'm easy to get along with. I'm down to party occasionally but I do prefer my home to be more laid back and quiet generally. I love to spend time outside, hang with friends, meet new people, and read and write. I do not have pets but I love animals so flatmates with pets would be great. I work as a freelance writer (WFH) and do evening shift janitorial work for a little extra income but I'm looking for a job in the disability support sector as that's my passion.
Important personal qualities
I think I'm a good flatmate because I'm happy to mind my business and do my own thing but I'm also down to hang out and always up for an adventure. I also pride myself on my communication: if any issues came up they'd be handled maturely without drama.
Food sharing and furniture
I'm happy to share food! It's easier to cook for multiple people than just one ;) I love to bake so if we become flatmates trust you'd get some yummy treats from time to time. I have no food allergies or restrictions but I'm happy to work around other people's. I don't cook meat for myself often so living in a meatless flat wouldn't be a difficult transition. I do not own any furniture but I'd be happy to chip in to buy some.
