Brendan

Hi, I'm Brendan. I work full time in the property industry - based in The Rocks. My hours vary, but I have a solid daily routine and I am up at around 5 am every day and I am usually in bed by 10 pm. I will not be at home very much - I spend most of my time at the gym, at the office and out in nature.

I have been working remotely from Tasmania for the past few years (thanks COVID!), but now the dream is over and I am coming back to the office. I need a place to stay until I can save up the remaining money I need to buy a place of my own.

I have lived in many share houses previously, and have made lasting friendships with former flatmates. I am clean, tidy, respectful and considerate. I am a bit of a light sleeper, so I need to live with other considerate people.

My passion is nutrition and fitness. I workout everyday religiously and I am careful with my diet. I don't eat red meat, but I don't have any issues if my flatmates do.

I don't drink alcohol or take illegal drugs. I don't mind if my flatmates do in moderation, but I don't want to live with people that drink excessively or get messy.

I like listening to audiobooks on history, health, self improvement, and classic fiction.
I don't watch a lot of TV, but I do enjoy watching some live sports and I love stand up comedy.
I play guitar, but it is electric and I only play through headphones in my bedroom - so this is virtually silent to other flatmates.

I am not religious, but I am spiritual and open minded when it comes to religion. I do not like people to preach to me, and I do not preach to people. I believe we are all on our own journey and everyone has a unique life experience and perspective.

I'm looking for happy, kind and considerate flatmates. Good for an occasional chat, but respectful of personal space and healthy boundaries.

I have a specific diet, and prefer to take care of my own food.
I have some furniture in Tasmania - large TV, desk, armchairs. I am not sure if this is worth the freight to move to Sydney - but it is up for discussion if required.
