I work in finance for one of the majors. Visit elderly parents once a week & stay there a few nights each week to work from the nearby office & make sure they're ok. So you'll usually get the flat to yourself Mon-Wed.
I don't smoke, don't have a pet, don't play a trumpet or burn candles in my room.
