I'm James, originally from the UK but I've called Sydney home for the past 10 years. I’m looking for a double room in a sharehouse, with fun, laid back housemates.
I work in tech (currently split my time between the office and working from home) as a Client Success Manager.
I’m big on sports, music festivals, gigs and going out with mates on the weekends. My weekenights are usually spent at the gym, playing tennis or relaxing watching tv. I'd like to live with people who want to spend time with each other rather than hiding in their rooms.

Important personal qualities
I've lived in share houses since uni and I'm keen to move in with people I can call mates, not just flatmates. If you're friendly, laid back, tidy (but not OCD) and keen on a beer (or wine) every now and then, I'm sure we'll get on.
Food sharing and furniture
I work from home a couple of days a week and would ideally like to move somewhere with space to be able to continue doing that.
I'm always happy to chip in for a shared meal or cook for myself/ grab takeaway. I'm not a fussy eater and don't have any allergies/dietary requirements.
