I’m looking for flatmates who are friendly and sociable but also value personal space and time. Ideally, my perfect flatmate would be someone between 30 and 50 years old, a non-smoker, clean and tidy, health-conscious, and active. I am not strictly vegetarian or vegan, but I avoid animal products. I really enjoy sharing dinner with friends, but I also cherish my me-time when I need a little peace.

Description of pets
I have the sweetest cat (a rescue, European breed) you could ever imagine! He’s clean and quiet, making him the perfect little buddy to have around. He’s fully vaccinated and neutered, and I keep him healthy with regular preventive medications. Every year, he gets a check-up at the vet just to make sure he’s in tip-top shape. He’s a total sweetheart who adores company and loves snuggling up for some cozy time together. If you like cats, you’ll just fall in love with him! :-)
