I am a 43 year old Physiotherapist and academic who is looking for a furnished room with private bathroom and parking. I am in a somewhat unique situation in that I will likely be staying at the place 3-4 days out of the week as I live down the south coast. I only need to be up in Sydney for work a few days per week.
