Important personal qualities
I believe a good flatmate is clean, tidy and respectful of others and their belongings and personal space and personal beliefs. I am not necessarily looking to make a new best friend however would like to be able to have some kind of interaction with flatmate/s and should an issue arise, be able to find a resolution without drama.
Food sharing and furniture
I am mostly vegetarian and enjoy preparing my own food- I am happy to share food though in the past I have found it easier to maintain my own grocery list. I attempt to be healthy for the most part, though fall down when it comes to sweets, especially candy and chocolate. I don't mind the occasional drink on a social basis, but try to limit my alcohol intake during the week to a glass or two of wine at dinner max.
