I will be back in Sydney from Ireland mid-to late October and seeking to secure an en-suite bedroom or bedroom with sole use of main bathroom, for myself only, on my return. Furnished or Unfurnished is ok. Preferably with parking options but not essential. Preferably in the CBD or Eastern sub's or nearby public transport links to the CBD.
I work full-time in IT and Financial Services in the city.
I am easy going fun person who likes to keep active; enjoys a few a drink or 2 at home or out over a meal or a BBQ.
Mature, responsible and considerate of other people’s privacy and space.
Only interested in an en-suite double-bedroom or double-bedroom with my own bathroom.
I am interested in a whole apartment or sharing with Singles i.e. Apartments can be small so I am not interested in sharing with couples.
I am not looking for a wild party house or for flat mates that take the party home.
I am a dog lover but unfortunately not too fond of cats.
