I am super easy going and a well seasoned flat mate! I keep common areas clean and try to be as respectful to my flat mates as I can. I am from the US and have been living in Melbourne for the past 6 years. I am currently in the final stages of job interviews in Sydney so I do not have an exact move date yet. Just doing some perusing before I really start booking in inspections etc. I will be working full time and it will initially be me for the first month or two. My boyfriend will be coming to live with me once we settle on an investment property here in Victoria. He literally can get along with anyone and has been called a "golden retriever boyfriend" by many people. I really like flatmates that are friendly and keep common areas clean. Someone who is respectful of my space as well would be really nice as I may be working long hours.
Food sharing and furniture
I don't mind sharing food or odds and ends like toilet paper. I eat a lot of different things but and am open to most! I currently only have a chest of drawers and a side table so I would prefer a furnished place.
