Easy going tradie Landscape business owner, i work most of the time, it can be seasonal, and days random, often i am also working from home, need someplace fairly quiet during day at times, homely lifestyle, i mostly keep myself busy and keep to myself, though happy to spend some time having a quick fun chat, or socialising, sharing cooking, having a cheeky drink beer or a wine or a Vodka or a rum or whatever with the other housemates if thats whats happening, i do like to spend downtime relaxing, catch up on rest, having a laugh together at times, certainly not a boring stranger of a housemate, i am not after that either, i want it to feel like a home, and everyone being comfortable around each other. Keen for intetesting, fun, respectful easy going Flat mates. I mostly Leased or rented Privately solo for years, i could do it again.. or with the right housemates i think it could be a fun and less boring than being solo way to rent again, and certainly much cheaper. Varied hobbies, like bbqs, cooking, sharing cooking and meals, beach, picnics, live bands, going out for meals and a couple drinks, road trips, cars, hanging out at home, relax at home with a movie or tv series, rare video game, all the pets, like both dogs and cats, i come with my own vegie gardens, few small house plants, have plenty items i could being to the household to keep entertained & plenty cookware and kitchenware, coffee machine, sandwich toasters, dryer, fan, air con, tv's, etc... and i need off street secure enough parking preferably a carport or garage or undercover car space, and i am open to any suitable practical setup.. Open to having a whole place on my own or sharing... Villa or Town house, Studio, Granny Flat, Small house, House, Unit, Apartment.
I would like some friendly, interesting housemate or housemates.
I'm fun and young at heart, respectful of privacy and boundaries, charming, funny, and know when to be serious and mature, and i am good value in the household, i also know what i want in life and have no baggage or hangups, and am in process of enjoying my life to the fullest i can 😀😎🇭🇲
