Hi i’m Jayden, I’m a fully qualified hairdresser in my mid 20s and also do a bit of modelling on the side. I just moved from Melbourne and I’m looking for a place with good people and good vibes. I’ve been in share houses for over 7 years so I’m well house trained. Always up for a chat however I also respect peoples space and time to recharge. I’m clean, respectful and lay bills + rent on time. In my spare time I enjoy going to the gym, the beach, out for lunch and on the weekends I usually either have a chill one in or go out with friends. I’m not a master chef but I do enjoy cooking the things that I know how to cook and I’d love to learn how to cook different things :).
Important personal qualities
I respect other people’s belongings and I clean up after myself. I’m not the kind of person that is in your face all the time, I like giving people their space, however I do enjoy a little chat every now and then. I generally get along with everyone. I never miss rent payments, my credit rating is quite good. I like to go out on special occasions or to catch up with friends on the weekends, but not on the regular.
Food sharing and furniture
I don’t mind sharing food doing a communal night where someone cooks dinner. But if sharing food isn’t your preference I’m also happy to arrange my own. I don’t have any furniture as I’m moving from Melbourne, I’ll be more organised with that once I’ve decided on a place
