I tend to cook my own meals but would love to enjoy a household meal together on a Sunday night. My easy go tos are various salads, kitchari, chilli lemon garlic spaghetti, brothy soups, laksa, ratatouille, Ottolenghi-style cauliflower, soba noodle salad, choc chip cookies and other baked goodies. I’ve been wanting to up my cooking ante this year so would also love the opportunity to cook for more people than just myself here and there.
