I'm 34 and looking for somewhere long term. In my spare time, I love doing anything with my dogs including training them and doing life with them. My hobbies are snorkelling, hiking (South Coast is my fave) and binge watching documentaries lol.

I have been renting for the past 7 years and recently am disbanding from my current sharehouse of 4 years as I am looking to live closer to the beach (in Marrickville atm).

Important personal qualities
I'm a very chilled and laidback person to live with. I love a clean home and I ensure to keep the house stocked and tidy. I am organised around the house and I think teamwork is the best when living together. I'm quite handy around the house and don't mind at fixing broken things if need be (changing taps, switches etc).
My dogs are house-trained as they have both lived in an apartment and in a house so they are both trained to have their paws cleaned before jumping into my bed for their 22 hr a day naps lol

Food sharing and furniture
I organise my own food and meal prep, I am happy to share my herbs and spices as communal kitchen food and along with house products to be communal too, I'm flexible so totally up for what suits the house and us.
I come with a heavy duty vacuum (shark) and also a double recliner couch which I am happy to leave behind if it won't fit in our place.

Description of pets
I have 2 furballs that are my literal life, Lily and Curtis.
Lily is a 7kg non shedding aussie terrier cross poodle, she is 4 years old and a little social butterfly. She loves a walk and a snooze, spends most of her time in my bed or hassling me to take her out on walks haha
Curtis is a 12 year old retired salt and pepper gentleman who spend 23hrs a day snoring on my bed! He's a 17kg pocket staffy.
Both of my dogs are very social and have lived with other dogs before so they love the company of other pooches and they frequent dog parks weekly. They are both house-trained and also know many fun tricks including obedience tricks so they are great company and low maintenance.
