Im seeking a property that has 2 rooms (or the equivalent) available please.
I am a mum of 2. My daughter is 15 and son is 10. They currently live with their dad however they would like to work towards staying with me on a week on week off basis.
This won’t be immediate however it is something I’d like to work towards and I feel that it is important to be open and transparent with my intentions so the homeowner can make an informed choice.
With the cost of rentals it is very hard to find something that is suitable on the one wage so I’m reaching out in the hope that I can find a flexible and understanding housemate who is looking for someone who is friendly and responsible and is looking to share their home long term.
