I'm 45, I'm qualified in floristry, landscaping & horticulture, interior decorating & small business. I have full care of my daughter (10yrs old) & she spends time with her dad every 2nd weekend (Friday-Sunday). During the week she attends school 8:30am-3:10pm & I work casual in cleaning & maintenance. Weekdays are pretty routine & On weekends we enjoy outdoor activities or diy projects.
Important personal qualities
We appreciate an easy going & considerate environment. Reasonable & accountable communication is valued. Respecting each others space, cleanliness & acceptance for diversity are fundamental to priorities. I would prefer 1 bedroom that i share with my daughter to begin with & if housemate arrangement suitable, to reassess options for her own room.
