Hi, I’m Jade, 23, from Scotland. My partner Adam, 24, and I are arriving in Melbourne on the 14th of May and are looking for a place to rent for 3/4 months.
We’re both on holiday working visas. I have experience in hospitality and mental health support, and Adam works as a barista and bartender. We’re planning to work during I’m time in Melbourne in these fields and enjoy the city lifestyle.
We’re sociable and friendly, as well as enjoying our downtime. We like a good balance between going out and relaxing at home. We’ve just finished a 6 month lease on the Sunshine Coast and have a great relationship with our property manager. We’re happy to provide a reference.

Important personal qualities
Being clean, respectful and easy to live with are at the top of our priorities. We always clean up after of ourselves, respect shared spaces and communicate openly. We enjoy being social, and getting to know housemates, as well as understanding the importance of personal space and quiet time. We’ve been reliable tenants during our 6 month lease on the Sunshine Coast, always paying rent on time and maintaining a great relationship with our property manager. We’re positive, easy going and like to contribute to a calm, friendly household.
Food sharing and furniture
We don’t have any food preferences, we enjoy both making meals for ourselves, as well as groups dinners and joint group food shops. We’re pretty chill, and open to anything:)
