Currently no bed in place but can organise a double bed if required. Built in wardrobe. Medium size room with large window view of garden. Block out blinds. Happy to discuss fitting lock to door if this would be preferred of which I would not have key.

Male owner occupier (45/str) of 3 bedroom home in Bridgewater. 3rd bedroom is set up as a study.. Very quiet location, large garden and plenty of space outside.
Inside is a minimalist set up but pretty and homely. Very clean very tidy person. This will be first share house arrangement for 15 years after coming out of long term relationship.

About occupants
Working full time in government and lots of commitments out of work. Non smoker/non drinker/non drugger and need housemate to be the same while home. 9 years sober in Alcoholics Anonymous and like to be around positive motivated people.
I’m not looking for lives to overlap too much. Will set myself for eperate food and meals but happy to sit down to eat together if work. Need a clean, polite, respectful house mate who can clean up after themselves and can hold a decent conversation. I want the house to be reasonably up beat.
Not sure what else to say. I like the AFL in footy season. Family is important to me. Spend a lot of time in AA helping people as part of a spiritual practice.
