Description of the home

A newly constructed 2 story house with all modern amenities and each floor having its own kitchen dining area etc. Bathroom / toilet will be shared. However there is a spare toilet.

The house is located in Fairview Park amidst the hills and beautiful trees. Very peaceful atmosphere and an awesome view. Bus stand and shopping centre is just 6 minutes walk away. Direct bus connection to the city via the Oban. Room is furnished with a king single bed / mattress, bedside table and lamp, tall boy and built-in-wardrobe. The house has brand new appliances like fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher and washing machine. Modern kitchen equipped with all new pots, pans and utensils for cooking as per your likes and convenience. Very clean, neat and quiet.

I’m an easy going person who will go out of the way to make you feel comfortable and at home. I enjoy my privacy but also love to socialise and hang out.

Rent includes all bills like water, electricity, gas and unlimited WiFi on Telstra’s premium NBN Broadband. Netflix included on a 75” Sony smart TV in the common living room. Ample street parking.

I’m originally from Kerala, India but was born and raised in West Africa. My parents were teachers there. After year 10 in Africa I was sent to boarding school in Bangalore. After my Bachelors I worked and lived in Delhi for 16 years. In between was posted to Singapore. After that worked in Mumbai for 3 years. Moved to Adelaide in 2015. Currently living with my wife and one infant daughter.

I have two adult kids from my first marriage who live with their mum in Adelaide and I spend time with them frequently.

I work for the SA Government in the Department for Child Protection as a Youth Worker. Basically I look after vulnerable and traumatised children. I’m on shift duty so my work timings and days off keep varying every week.

By nature I’m an easy going person. I don’t smoke, I don’t have pets, I don’t drink spirits only wine. I watch a lot of movies and love hanging out with friends. I work hard and also try to enjoy life as much as possible!

House is shared with 2 other flatmates who are wonderful people - a married couple, wife is a student and husband works in Aged Care.
