The tenant’s room is fully furnished with a queen bed, built-in wardrobe, desk, chair, TV, Apple TV, and a box fan. The tenant will also have exclusive use of a private downstairs toilet, with the shared bathroom upstairs reserved for shared use of the shower and bath only.

The shared living spaces include a kitchen equipped with new appliances (fridge, washing machine, air fryer, microwave, and slow cooker).

Transport: 10-minute walk to Grange train line, 2-minute walk to buses to the city, Port Adelaide, and Flinders Uni.
