Description of the home
I have x3 rooms to rent in my large architectually designed home, The home has cathedral ceilings, open fireplace & theatre room & x2 family rooms.
The house backs onto the Sturt gorge at the base of the foothills, close to shops, bus stop, 5 mins drive to Flinders Uni, FMC and about 12 mins to Westfield Marion and the beach.
The house is light and airy and inviting.
Each bedroom is fully furnished with bedding and linen. tv & fan, two rooms upstairs share a family room & there is a formal theatre room downstairs.
There are x2 kitchens & x3 bathrooms. One kitchen is being set up at the minute.
All you need bring is the clothes on your back.
I am renovating the outside & gardens.
I have a love of music and dance so I am out more often than not.
I grow organic veggies, herbs and fruit trees. I enjoy sharing my passion of gardening and cooking with like minded souls.
Looking for quiet respectful souls who are not party animals ;) only on occassions lol

I have an open fireplace in winter which is cozy and magnificent to relax by.
There is a theatrette setup in that room as well, all I need to do, is work out how to extend the cabling to connect the sound system.
