On offer is my separate granny flat. It's a huge room. Unfurnished. Has air-conditioning. Can fit a King Bed, lounge, dining table etc. So basically it's got everything needed to give you privacy and myself privacy. Cooking can be done on my outdoor kitchen which is in an enclosed area. Photos to come but really it's just a huge room insulated and with split system. Entry to it is via driveway so no one interrupted. $400 with Bills.

Looking for a single person, sleep overs are ok. Ideal candidate single, this is because we are sharing a toilet and bathroom. So it will be very easy to maintain privacy and space.
You have your own privacy and entry to the studio via side gate so you get a good feeling of being independent.
MUST be employed
Provide two referees and experienced in sharing a house. Excellent for international students or FIFO. Very quiet street and area. Quiet house. I am looking for a single person due to sharing the bathroom and toilet. Sleep overs are ok.
15 mins drive to city,
10 min to Mawson Lakes,
22 min to airport,
10-15 to Semaphore Beach
Bus stop at the end of my road for express into city and Mawson lakes.
