Our home is nestled in the foothills, offering breathtaking views, peaceful surroundings, and regular visits from local wildlife.
It’s a quiet retreat with a bus stop just a short walk away. Glenunga is our nearest shopping hub, Burnside Village is only a 5-minute drive and Frewville’s Foodland is 10 minutes away. The city centre is just a 15-minute drive.
We’re looking for a warm and like-minded woman 40 + or a couple to move into a lower level double room with an ensuite. There’s also a second adjoining room that can be used as a home office, making it ideal for someone who works from home.
The heart of the house is my incredible 92-year-old father, who lives upstairs. He’s an amazing cook and enjoys good food, great company, and a nice glass of wine, so we’d love to find someone who shares those same joys.
