G’day everybody.
1 bedroom available in a big house located in Grange beach.
A minute walking to the beach, 2 minutes to the train station. Bus to the city every 10minutes and it takes 25-30min to town.
Cafes and restaurants are close by (West Lakes, Henley and Grange).
bedroom fully furnished.
Bathroom, kitchen and other amenities are shared with the other 2 people living in the house.
Lounge room with large TV and unlimited wifi.
Cleaning schedule in place to keep the house clean and tidy.
Large outdoor entertaining area and nice grass area.
The outdoor area is smoker friendly.
Looking for a easy going person to fill up the spot, if it feels like you DM me for further questions and inspections are welcome anytime after 6pm.
