Single female seeks kind and respectful individual (sorry no cats or dogs - already at capacity) to share a medium sized house in the beautiful and secluded suburb of Hallett Cove, overlooking the coast. Must be OK with animals. Quiet area within walking distance of train station, shops, beach and walking trails. House features a large vintage unheated concrete pool available to use in warmer months (Oct - Feb/march -pool maintenance to be shared including chemicals where required). Full ducted reverse cycle heating and cooling with roller shutters and insulation to maintain neutral house temp all year round and keep bills low.
1 room small/med room available for sleeping in king single/double bed (has a built-in robe + communal area for office desk/computer if needed.
House features large, sharedfullh stocked kitchen and dining with ocean views, shared lounge and outdoor sitting area. House is fully furnished expect own person items for roon required. No appliances or other furniture required.
Also residing on the property is; friendly and loving senior female cat (desexed etc); a friendly and quiet taking parrot which lives in an outdoor Aviary 95% of time; and a small indoor dog.
Initial sub-tenancy of 3 months, with prospect to renew sub-tenacy on 6-12 monthly basis if suitable upon review. Property is a long term rental with an attractively low weekly rental rate and no risk of eviction by landlord in foreseeable future.
Offer is for $150 per, 4 weeks Bond. This rate includes unlimited high speed broadband internet (Ethernet and Wifi -50mbs FTTN). Utilities (split 3ways, approx AVERAGE $75-100 combined each per week for water, gas and electricity each) plus an additional shared house resources $20p/months (cleaning products, laundry facility, soap, toilet paper, paper towels, bin liners etc). Household is a religious and racism free and LGTBI inclusive space. Planned get togethers OK. Parties every weekend not desired.
