Full ducted reverse-cycle air conditioning, gas hot water, and gas cooking.

Roller shutters and insulation for energy efficiency.

Room Details:
Small/medium-sized bedroom with built-in robe, suitable for a king single or double bed. Communal area available for an office desk or computer if needed. Fully furnished house except for personal items in your room.

About the Household:
Shared with a senior friendly cat, a quiet talking parrot (outdoors 95% of the time), and a small dog belonging to another tenant.

LGBTQI+ inclusive, religious/racism-free environment.

Occasional get-togethers are welcome, but no frequent parties.

Rent and Expenses:
$150 per week with 4 weeks' bond required.

Includes unlimited high-speed internet (50mbps FTTN).

Utilities split 3 ways (approx. $75–$100 per week).

Additional $25 per fortnight for shared house resources (cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, etc.).

Terms:
