Home Description

Description of the home

A classic bungalow style home with three bedrooms, one occupied by myself and the other by my two sons (4 & 7) who I share 50/50 custody with. The spare bedroom currently has no bedframe, but this can be arranged. There is a piano in the home if you are musical! We have all the streaming services available, and I often don’t watch tv at night as I study!
My two children are very respectful and often want to be friends with adults who are around. They are intelligent and kind boys who clean up well after themselves.
Located near shopping centres burnside village and the parade. Lots of public transport nearby and parks!

Photos provided are from prior to moving in (bar the living room).

About occupants
I am a 27 year old woman who works casually as a barista and occasionally I do book keeping. I currently study medicine full time so am often on placement during the day and studying during the evening (honestly the dining table occasionally becomes a desk!)
My two boys are with me for two weeknights and alternating weekends. They are fun and happy boys.
Compatible people
An ideal occupant would be tolerant and happy to be around children - with this night time noise after they fall asleep is fine, they’re heavy sleepers!
I enjoy a good glass of wine myself and would be pleased to be around someone who does also.
I also respect personal space and time and would like someone with similar attributes.
Description of pets
We have a 7 year old cat named Meowcolm who is incredibly affectionate and may potentially not leave you alone for periods of time. He is in red I love you docile and friendly and has never scratched or bitten (not even the children who have grabbed at him)
