Description of the home
Both current housemates are my friends, I am moving out before our lease ends to move in with my partner.
The remaining lease is a total of 8 months, ending beginning of May 2025.
The room featured in the photos will be your room, minus all my stuff :)
Home is cat-friendly: both housemates have their own cats and will gladly welcome another friend :)
Home is a five-minute drive from the city, and a short drive down Anzac Highway from Kurralta Park Coles/Kmart.
House is well-kept. The landlords are genuinely very friendly people.
If you are wanting to apply, I'll direct your application to the current landlords, and they will decide who takes over my part of the lease.
Additionally, neither of my housemates drive, so if you have a car the driveway is all yours

The bills you contribute to are:

All bills are divided equally amongst housemates, each pay their share separate.
Rent is paid fortnightly, split equally amongst housemates, and sent through via one person.
