Room size is approximately 4x3 metres
It comfortably fits the double bed, desk, side table and wardrobe (All included) with room to spare

You'll be living with 8 other house mates who are respectful students.
The room you'll be renting is in the main part of the house, with 4 other rooms, large kitchen, 2 bathrooms, laundry, front and rear house access.
4 other tenants live separate to the house, in the backyard loft area with another bathroom.

All tenants are great people and we've always keep a quiet and respectful house. Everyone is on their own schedule and don't interact much through the week, we sometimes say hi on the way past and the optional housemate party every month or so. Other than that, it's very peaceful and an easy going home.

Included in your weekly rent is the room, a cleaner, gardener, wifi, water and gas.
Electricity is divided equally by the tenants every quarter.

On street parking is available and 1 driveway carpark, which can be discussed between tenants (only 2 other drivers)

Close to the Klemzig interchange, Marden & Greenacres Shopping centres and OG Hotel.

I am moving back to the southside of the city and my current lease runs out at the end of February - You will be taking over the remaining term of my lease.

The bar fridge, drawers, tv & cabinet + personal belongings are not included.
You will need to bring your own linen + pillows for the bed.

Bond is 4 weeks = $892
+ 2 weeks rent upfront = $443

Total required upfront to sign over the lease to you = $1,338
