It is a lovely large room with a cover balcony. The bedroom is located upstairs. We don't use upstairs all that often except for the office, but there is a couch we use from time to time. There is also a big bathroom upstairs that is all yours as well.

About the occupants
You will be living with my partner and I. My partner is a Masters student and I work as a lawyer. As you can imagine, our lives are pretty busy. Outside of work and study, we like spend time with eachother and our friends around Adelaide. However, we are pretty quiet and like to keep to ourselves.
Compatible people
We would like someone who is quiet but doesn't mind a chat, courteous, and friendly are also important. We would also appreciate someone who keeps spaces clean, though we are not clean freaks, so don't mind you being comfortable.
Description of pets
We have a Siberian Forest Cat called Tilly. She is certainly a people person and generally, when we are at home she is by our sides at all times. She is a very calm cat and a little shy.
