This is an apartment house. It has 2bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Currently I use the master bedroom + one bathroom. I'm currently looking for someone for the other room. The room is directly connected to other bathroom and that bathroom is also connected to the living room. It can be used as a personal bathroom. The rent includes all bills except internet. But I can consider or share.
Being a clean person is a must. I prefer if you are permenant employed rather than a student. The house is 5 minutes walk from the bus stand, shopping center, UniSA and Mawson Lakes interchange.
