The ensuite bedroom of the townhouse has a balcony with a view of the walking trail and reserve in Mawson Lakes. Uni, cafes and shops all 5-10 minutes on foot. One car space available in the private double garage. Looking for a quiet person who we can get on well with but also respects privacy. My daughter is 16 and I'm a seemingly young 38 y/o support worker who is also studying. I like to keep the house organised and clean. I am mostly chilled and quiet and can connect well with authentic, respectful and responsible people. I'm onto keeping the home secure, safe, peaceful and without drama as it's our sanctuary. I hope to provide that sanctuary for others too.

38 year old female. Starting part time study in Community Services, working casually and self employed as a Disability Support Worker. Pretty quiet natured but also up for a chat. Love creating a peaceful home. I like gardening, plants, music, visual art, photography, health and wellbeing. I like to go out to gigs and concerts. Single mother of 1 independent teenager who lives here too.

My daughter is 16, she's quirky, responsible, independent, easygoing and friendly. She attends highschool and is also away every second weekend.

My daughter and I will be sharing the main bathroom so you'll have your room with ensuite all to yourself.
