I have two bedrooms available for rent in two properties, one in Mitchell Park, another one in Edwardstown. Both properties are close to train station and bus stops, very convenient. Both properties are double-brick houses, built in 1960s, about 750 square meters land with 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets. Neat and tidy throughout the properties.
Room#1 in Edwardstown: fully furnished with a single bed (can change to a double bed upon request), bedside table and wardrobe, rent $200 per week including all bills (eletricity bill is capped).
Room#2 in Mitchell Park: fully furnished with a Queen bed, bedside tables and wardrobe, rent $220 per week for a single person, $300 for a couple (all bills are included except electricity is capped).
We live just around the corner so will look after all the tenants and resolve any issues quickly.
