Sharing with 2 other males. You will mostly have the house to yourself as one housemate studys during the day and works at night and the other housemate spends most of the time in his room gaming.
Rent is $140 a week with water, gas, internet and electricity bills divided by 3 when they come in.
2 weeks rent in advance & 4 weeks bond is required upon moving in.
It would also be preferable if you can provide references.
Pets considered
Room available from 10th May 2023 and inspections can be organised anytime from now at a suitably arranged time
Home Description
Description of the home
You will be sharing a 3 bedroom 1 bathroom home. Bus stop is 1 min walk away with buses running every half hour or walk to Tea Tree Plaza in less then 15 mins. Property has large backyard and 2 sheds as well as covered carport Area.
Whilst we don't mind if you invite people over or have social gatherings, please note this is NOT a party house.
Also please note that any form of Drugs is NOT TOLLERATED and will result in immediate eviction.
Whilst the tenant will not be on the official lease for the property, a tenant agreement will be drawn up between the 2 current tenants and the new tenant. This is to ensure fairness to both parties.

Bills and expenses
Bills are all divided equally by all 3 people. Internet is roughly $33 a month, water comes in quarterly and is usually around $40 each, power and gas varies depending on the time of year and amount used but is also divided by all 3 housemates.

Aiden is Bi-Sexual, 44yrs old and studies during the day at a Uni in the CBD and works evenings getting home just before 1am. In his spare time Aiden likes to cook meals, watch shows on his laptop, or head out for a walk and enjoy the fresh air.
Johnny is Gay, 25yrs Old and is a easy going guy who spends most of his time gaming on his computer in his room. In his spare time, Johnny likes watching horror movies or filling you in on interesting facts about things you never knew you needed to know about.
Both housemates have a been great people to live with and considering both of them are usually occupied you will have the house to yourself most of the week. On the weekends they don't mind catching up for a meal together if that's also your thing!
Someone who understands the kinds of busy lifestyles both housemates lead during the week but doesn't mind catching up on the weekends for a chat or to share a meal together.
