Home Description

Description of the home

Large reserve at end of street with biking and walking trails. Lots of colourful parrots there.
10 min walk to local shops, with supermarket, a Vietnamese, and a Chinese takeaway, fabulous bakery with loads of vegan options.

2 min walk to bus. Bus goes to city & Noarlunga shopping centre, and train station. Only 10min drive to beach, so house is very conveniently located.
A Cleaner mops & vacuums all shared areas twice a week. We are all responsible for our own rooms, and to clean and tidy shared areas after use, so they are ready for next person to use.

Must love cats, I have several cats. I suppose that makes me the crazy cat lady haha.
1 cat is a totally inside cat. Weather permitting, the others are outside in a huge enclosure in the daytime. At night they sleep in the sunroom/laundry. I keep thier litter trays clean so it is NOT STINKY. I also have a galah named Lollipop.

About the occupants
My name is Alexandra im the Home-owner. I Have previously hosted international students in my home, which I enjoyed very much. I am an animal lover and have a pet parrot and cats. So you would need to like animals. There is one other tenant, his name is Ian. He likes going to the gym and has been a great help in setting up our little veggie garden. If you were interested in helping with that, you are welcome and could then also enjoy the produce.
Compatible people
I am friendly, but respect others privacy and personal space, and expect the same from others.
A suitable tenant could be:
1. An International student,
2. A Retired person,
3. A full time worker
4. Or if there is a mature woman that is unemployed and would benefit from recieving a better Centrelink payment.( that being a carers payment about $1130 p.f. and probably also carers allowance which is an additional payment $153p.f.
For this i would require a LITTLE bit of help around the house. Also to help a bit with my cats, and to come and help me with shopping with me once a fortnight. I DO NOT NEED and DO NOT WANT to be waited on hand and foot. I just need a bit of help due to an injury i sustained in a motor vehicle accident .
Description of pets
I have a galah (parrot) named Lollipop. I have cats, only one of them lives in the main part of the house, her name is Chi Chi and she a gentle cat and once she gets used to you is also very friendly. The other cats have a large outdoor enclosure and also spend time in the sunroom/ laundry at night or when the weather is not good for them to be outside. Thier names are Goku, Agatha, kumi, Ziggy and Stardust and are very friendly when they get used to you.
