2 bedroom and 2 bathrooms (so one for each).
Washing and dryer - (likely) to come.
Two stories (your bedroom will be upstairs with a bathroom right next door but the shared space (dining and living) is attached.** There is potential to discuss a change to the bedroom situation** - this will then come with an ensuite.
Will be on street parking (unless you want to chip i for my car insurance and we can swap 😉😉)
Most house common items will be available and welcome to use, kitchen utensils, pots pans, plates bowls fridge etc etc couch and two arm chairs (bit retro - I’m old school )
will have internet set up - **maybe not straight away when moving in.**

2 mins from multiple bus routes
2 mins from local Woolworths and food restaurants nearby

**It is only a few streets from a school - so peak hours are a bit hectic.**
